Admitted to the NYS Bar in 1981, Ms. Levine brings to the firm over twenty-five years of landlord/tenant law, Real Estate law and management experience. Prior to the formation of Ezratty, Ezratty & Levine, Ms. Levine was employed by the law firm of Joseph A. Brown, Esq.. In this capacity, she appeared in District Court Supreme Court and Housing Courts in all boroughs, representing major lending institutions, landlords, tenants and other clients. In addition, she handled real estate matters, and other general practice cases.

Prior to this, Ms. Levine worked for the law firm of Dreyer, Kaplan & Sloane, representing Home Federal Savings Bank. In this capacity, her duties included closings, foreclosure work, and other bank and real estate related matters.
Ms. Levine’s management skills can be traced back to her employment as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of FGI Management, Inc. where she successfully represented a Surety Bonding Company. FGI consisted of over 35 employees and was dedicated to the bonding of Limited Partnership investment shares.
As managing partner of Ezratty, Ezratty & Levine, Ms. Levine oversees a staff of lawyers, paralegals, administrative and secretarial employees, managing the firm’s daily operations and is fully responsible for the scheduling and coordinating of all court appearances and attorneys.

Ms. Levine handles court appearances in all civil courts. In addition, she has daily contact with clients, reporting results and updating them on the status of their cases.
